Hi, I’m Nikki (and that’s Poncho)
I’m a user researcher, consultant, and teacher, with a focus on qualitative research. I have been in the user research field for over 8 years now. My background is a mix between clinical/social psychology, Buddhism, and teaching. I incorporate all of these into my current practice.
I am originally from outside of Boston, lived in NYC for 8 years, Berlin for 3 years, and am now living in Jersey (part of the Channel Islands - check out our cows!). Outside of work, you can find me walking my dog, hanging out with my cats, playing video games, or listening to true crime podcasts. I am also a fiction novelist!
